Data Privacy. (a) Participant hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of Participant's personal data as described in this Option Agreement and any other Option grant materials by and among, as applicable, the Employer or other Service Recipient, the Company and any Parent or Subsidiary Corporation for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing Participant's participation in the Plan. (b) Participant understands that ...the Company Corporation holds certain personal 10 information about Participant regarding Participant's employment, the nature and amount of Participant's compensation and the Employer may hold certain personal information about Participant, fact and conditions of Participant's participation in the Plan, including, but not limited to, Participant's name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification tax file number, salary, nationality, job title, any Shares shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, Corporation, details of all Options equity awards or any other entitlement to Shares awarded, canceled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Participant's favor ("Data"), favor, for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Plan.
