Vacation. Executive will be eligible to accrue a maximum of three (3) weeks paid vacation per year, in accordance with the Company's vacation policy, which shall be taken subject to the demands of the Company's business and Executive's obligations as an employee of the Company with a substantial degree of responsibility.

Vacation. During the Employment Term, Executive will be entitled to paid vacation of not less than 20 days per calendar year, prorated for any partial calendar year of employment, in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policy (including, without limitation, its policy on the maximum accrual, carry-over and payout), with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by Executive and the Company.

Vacation. You will be eligible for vacation each year, in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policy, and to those holidays observed by the Company. Vacation. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation of not less than three weeks per year, in accordance with the Company's vacation policy for senior executive officers, with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto. Upon Executive's termination of employment, Executive will be entitled to receive Executive's accrued but unpaid vacation through the date of Executive's termination.

Vacation. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid vacation and other paid time off benefits in accordance with applicable Company policies, and to be taken at such times as chosen by Executive.

Vacation. 11.1. In the event the Employee's employment shall terminate for any reason prior to the end of a year, the Employee shall only be entitled to such number of vacation days pro-rated (on a linear basis) to the period of time in such year during which the Employee was employed by the Company. If the Employee had used in such year more then such pro-rated amount of vacation days, such extra vacation days shall be deemed a debt of the Employee to the Company which the Company may deduct from Employee's Salary or any other monies due and payable to the Employee by the Company, and the Employee hereby agrees to such deduction. 11.2.
