Vacation. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation of twenty (20) paid vacation days per year, accrued on a pro rata basis in accordance with U.S. Subsidiary's vacation policy.

Vacation. Vacation may be taken at such times and intervals as are consistent with the business needs of the Company, and otherwise shall be subject to the policies of the Company, as in effect from time to time.

In consideration of the obligations undertaken by the Corporation herein, the Executive will not, at any time, during or after his employment hereunder, reveal, divulge, or make known to any person any information acquired by the Executive during the course of his employment, which is treated as confidential by the Corporation, and not otherwise in the public domain.
