Vacation Contract Clauses (694)

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to a vacation of three (3) weeks per year, during which period his salary shall be paid in full. The Executive shall take his vacation at such time or times as the Executive and the Corporation shall determine is mutually convenient. Any vacation not taken in one (1) year shall accrue, up to a maximum of six (6) weeks vacation shall carry over to the subsequent year.

Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue, on a pro rata basis, thirty (30) paid vacation days per year. Vacation shall be taken at such times as are mutually convenient to the Executive and the Company and no more than fifteen (15) consecutive days shall be taken at any one time without Company approval in advance.

Vacation. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to vacation, holiday and sick leave at levels commensurate with those provided to other senior executives of the Company, in accordance with the Company's vacation, holiday and other pay-for-time-not-worked policies.

Vacation. Executive will be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Company's vacation policy, with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto.

Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to vacation of up to four (4) weeks per calendar year, pursuant to the applicable Company policy. All vacations shall be in addition to recognized national holidays. During all vacations, the Employee's compensation and other benefits as stated herein shall continue to be paid in full. Such vacations shall be taken only at times convenient for SGE, as approved by the SGE's Chief Executive Officer.

Vacation. At full pay and without any adverse effect to his compensation, provided that all other terms and conditions of this Agreement are satisfied, Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of vacation for each full calendar year during the term of this Agreement. Executive agrees to schedule his vacation leave in advance upon written notice to Chief Executive Officer or other designated individuals. Carryover of vacation days shall be consistent with Company's existing policy.

Vacation. During the Term, the Employee shall be entitled to a vacation in each calendar year in accordance with the Company's policy during which vacation his compensation shall be paid in full.

Vacation. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation of not less than three weeks per year, in accordance with the Company's vacation policy for senior executive officers, with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto. Upon Executive's termination of employment, Executive will be entitled to receive Executive's accrued but unpaid vacation through the date of Executive's termination.

Vacation. You will continue to accrue vacation on a monthly basis per standard Company policy. Your vacation benefit shall not be less than three (3) weeks per annum and it shall be taken at such times and intervals as shall be determined by you, subject to the reasonable business needs of the Company. Carry-over privileges for unused vacation time shall be consistent with Company policy.

Vacation. You will be eligible for a maximum of four weeks of paid vacation per calendar year to be taken at such times as may be approved in advance by the Company. The number of vacation days for which you are eligible shall accrue at the rate of 1.67 days per month that you are employed during such calendar year. Pursuant to Company policy, vacation time cannot be carried over from year to year.
