Survival. Survival. The termination or expiration of this Agreement will not affect the rights or obligations of the parties hereunder arising out of, or relating to, circumstances occurring prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement, which rights and obligations will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Survival. Anything in Section 6 hereof to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of Section 7 through 16 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reasons therefor.

Survival. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 - 17, and such other provisions hereof as may so indicate shall survive and continue in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms, notwithstanding any termination of the Term.
