Reimbursement of Expenses. The Bank Group shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable expenses incurred in connection with his employment hereunder, subject to guidelines issued from time to time by the Board and upon submission of documentation in conformity with applicable requirements of federal income tax laws and regulations supporting reimbursement of such expenses.
