Reimbursement of Expenses. The Company will reimburse the Executive for reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder in accordance with and subject to the Company's reimbursement policies in effect from time to time and the Company's receipt of evidence of such expenses reasonably satisfactory to the Company.
