Term. Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date stated above and shall remain in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated pursuant to Section 10. Term. Term. The term of Employee's employment hereunder (the "Term") shall begin on the Start Date and end on the fourth anniversary thereof.
