(d) Affiliates. Executive agrees to serve, without additional compensation, as an officer and director of each of the other members of the Company's affiliates, as determined by the Company. As used in this Agreement, the term "affiliate" shall mean any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with, the Company. (e) Compensation Recovery Policy.
