Term of Employment. The term of the Employee's employment by the Company under this Agreement (the "Employment Term") commenced on the Effective Date and will continue until employment is terminated by either party under Section 5. The date upon which the Employee's employment ends is referred to in this Agreement as the "Termination Date." Term of Employment. This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date. This Agreement and the Employee's employment with the Company shall continue until terminated by reason of the Employee's death or by either party at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason.
