Term of Agreement. The Term will commence on the Effective Date and continue until the Date of Termination (as defined below).

Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enforceable against the Company and Consultant as of the Effective Date. This Agreement's stated term will begin on the Effective Date and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with Section 9 (the "Advisory Period").

Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall continue in force for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date, subject to an unlimited number of successive one-year renewals upon mutual consent of the parties. It is the duty of the Board to evaluate the performance of the Advisor annually before renewing the Agreement, and each such renewal shall be for a term of no more than one year.

Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall have an initial term of one year from the Effective Date and may be renewed for an unlimited number of successive one-year terms upon mutual consent of the parties. The Company (acting through the Independent Directors) will evaluate the performance of the Advisor annually before renewing this Agreement, and each such renewal shall be for a term of no more than one year. Any such renewal must be approved by the Independent Directors.

Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect for two (2) years; provided, however, that commencing on second anniversary of the Effective Date and continuing each anniversary thereafter, the Term shall automatically be extended for one (1) additional year unless, not later than nine (9) months before the conclusion of the Term, the Company or the Executive shall have given notice not to extend the Term; and further provided, however, t...hat if a Change in Control shall have occurred during the Term, the Term shall expire on the last day of the twelfth (12th) month following the month in which such Change in Control occurred. Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the later of (i) January 1, 2024 or (ii) if Employee is terminated involuntarily by Company without Cause (excluding a termination as a result of death or Disability) or resigns for Good Reason, in each case, prior to January 1, 2024, the date that all of the obligations of the parties hereto with respect to this Agreement have been satisfied.

Term of Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this amendment, the terms of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
