Taxes. If a Participant shall dispose of Stock acquired through exercise of an ISO within either (i) two (2) years after the date the Option is granted or (ii) one (1) year after the date the Option is exercised (i.e., in a disqualifying disposition), such Participant shall notify the Company or any Affiliate regarding any tax or other effects or implications within seven (7) days of the Option, date of such disqualifying disposition.
