Positions and Duties. You will serve as SVP, Chief Human Resource Officer and shall perform such duties as are ordinary, customary and necessary in such role. Positions and Duties. During the Executive's employment under this Agreement, the Executive shall initially hold the position of Chief Financial Officer. The Executive shall perform such duties as such position would normally perform or as otherwise specified in the Company's By-laws, and shall perform such other reasonable duties as the Chairman of the Board ("Chairman") of the Company may from time to time prescribe. Positions and Duties. (a) Generally. The Executive shall serve as the President of the Company.
