Place of Performance. Executive will perform his services hereunder at the principal executive offices of the Company; provided, however, that Executive may be required to travel from time to time for business purposes.

Place of Performance. Subject to such business travel from time to time as may be reasonably required in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, the Executive shall perform his obligations hereunder in, or within forty (40) miles of, Waltham, Massachusetts.

Place of Performance. In connection with Executive's employment by the Company and except for required travel on UTi Group business, Executive shall be based at the Company's executive offices in Long Beach, California, or such other location agreed to by Executive and the Company.

The principal place of Executive's employment shall be: (i) Executive's home office located at 4516 Roslyn Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515; or alternatively (ii) at the request of the Company's CEO, a future Company office located in Executive's current Chicago metropolitan area, if and when such Company office is established; or alternatively, (iii) potentially in the future should the Company's CEO request, and should the Executive mutually agree, the Company's headquarters at 4400 Biscayne Blvd...., Suite # 888, Miami FL 33137; any of (i) or (ii) or (iii) preceding could be considered as Executive's principal place of employment for purposes of this Agreement. Place of Performance. During the Employment Period, except for reasonable travel on the Employer's business consistent with the Executive's position, the Executive shall be based primarily at the Employer's executive headquarters, currently located in Houston, Texas.

Place of Performance. Danforth will perform the Services at such locations upon which the Company and Danforth may mutually agree. Danforth will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, perform any of the Services at any facility or in any manner that might give anyone other than the Company any rights to or allow for disclosure of any Confidential Information (as defined below).

Place of Performance. During the Term, Executive's primary office and principal workplace shall be the Corporate Office, except for necessary travel on the Company's business. The Parties acknowledge and Executive agrees that Executive is expected to commute to the Corporate Office from his principal or secondary residence whether inside or outside of the metropolitan area or areas in which the Corporate Office is located.

Place of Performance. The principal place of Executive's employment will be at the Company's offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Executive acknowledges that the position involves reasonable travel on Company business, it being understood that the Executive's work may be conducted remotely (if appropriate) and that travel will be limited while the COVID-19 pandemic persists.

Place of Performance. In connection with the Executive's employment by the Company, the Executive shall be based at the principal executive offices of the Company, except as otherwise agreed by the Executive and the Company and except for reasonable travel on Company business.
