Modification. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or changed (in whole or in part), except by a formal, definitive written agreement which is executed by both of the parties hereto; provided, however, that any such subsequent agreement that would contract the Executive's rights under this Agreement must expressly refer to this Agreement in order for it to amend, modify or change (in whole or in part) the Executive's rights under this Agreement.

Modification. Except as expressly amended and supplemented in the Amended Agreement and in this Seventh Amendment all other terms of the Amended Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as originally executed.
