Modification. The terms of this Award Agreement cannot be modified except in writing and signed by each of the parties hereto. 3 19. Severability. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this Award Agreement should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Modification. Any alteration, change or modification hereof, in order to become effective, shall be made by written instrument or endorsed hereon and, in each such instance, executed on behalf of each party hereto, as aforesaid.
