Governing Law/Venue. The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement will be governed by the law of the State of Delaware without regard to that state's conflicts of laws rules. Governing Law/Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parties further agree that venue in the event of a dispute shall be exclusively in the Circuit Court of the City of Martinsville, or the applicable federal court encompassing that jurisdiction, at the sole option of Employer, and Executive agrees not to object to venue.
