General Provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties to this Agreement and supersedes all prior written or oral and all contemporaneous oral agreements, understandings and negotiations with respect to the subject matter hereof, subject to Sections [___] of that certain engagement letter, dated October 6, 2022, between the Company and Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC, which provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
