Entire Agreement. This Warrant, the Registration Rights Agreement and the Securities Purchase Agreement between the Holder and the Company dated December 5, 2019 constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter contained in it and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and undertakings of the parties, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the agreements described in the attached Exhibits contain the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, correspondence, understandings and agreements between the parties, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
