Employee Benefits. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plan and policy (i.e. vacation, sick days, personal days, etc.) that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain, or contribute to, from time to time for the benefit of its senior executive employees, subject to satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements, except to the extent that such plans are duplicative of the benefits otherwise provided for hereunder.
