Duties. Duties. Executive is employed on a full-time basis from the Effective Date through the first anniversary of the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"), as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and shall have the duties and responsibilities commensurate with such position as shall be reasonably and in good faith determined from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer, including such duties and responsibilitie...s with respect to the Company, the Partnership and/or a subsidiary of either (collectively, "Employer").2.2 Duties. Duties. The Associate shall perform, for Benefitfocus, the duties set out in the attached Exhibit A entitled "Job Description," which is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement, along with those other duties as may be assigned to Associate from time to time by Benefitfocus' Chief Executive Officer or their designee.
