Business Expenses. Subject to Section 22, the Company shall reimburse Employee for Employee's reasonable out-of-pocket business-related expenses actually incurred in the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement so long as Employee timely submits all documentation for such expenses, as required by Company policy in effect from time to time.
