Binding Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, legatees, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. Exhibit 10.115. Binding Agreement. All obligations of Debtor hereunder shall bind the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Debtor. If there be more than one Debtor, their liabilities shall be joint and several. All rights of Lender hereunder shall inure to the benefit of its successors and assigns.
