Benefits. Executive's health insurance benefits as an employee shall cease on the last day of the month in which the Retirement Date occurs, subject to Executive's right to continue Executive's health insurance under COBRA. Executive's participation in all benefits and incidents of employment, including, but not limited to, vesting in stock options, and the accrual of bonuses, vacation, and paid time off, will cease as of the Retirement Date.
