Arbitration. (a) Any dispute arising in
connection com1ection with this Agreement or Executive's employment with the Company, except for equitable or injunctive actions pursuant to Section 4 or 5 above, or claims by Executive for workers' compensation, unemployment compensation or benefits under a Company benefits plan, shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration.
