Amendment Waiver. No amendment or modification of this Agreement or any other Loan Document or any other document or agreement described in or related to this Agreement shall be effective unless it has been agreed to by Lender each party hereto in a writing that specifically states that it is intended to amend or modify specific Loan Documents, or any other document or agreement described in or related to this Agreement. No failure by Lender to exercise any right, remedy, or option under this Agreement or any oth...er Loan Document, or delay by Lender in exercising the same, will operate as a waiver thereof.
