Agreement to Furnish Instruments and Agreements Defining Rights of Holders of Long-Term Debt – SB Financial Group, Inc.
SB Financial Group, Inc. agrees to provide the SEC with copies of documents that define the rights of holders of its long-term debt and that of its subsidiaries, if requested. These documents are not included as exhibits in the company's 2016 Annual Report because none of the related long-term debt exceeds 10% of the company's total consolidated assets. This agreement ensures the SEC can access these documents if needed for regulatory purposes.
