SB Financial Group, Inc. agrees to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), upon request, with copies of documents that define the rights of holders of its long-term debt and that of its consolidated subsidiaries. These documents are not included as exhibits in the company's 2017 Annual Report because none of the related long-term debt exceeds 10% of the company's total consolidated assets. This agreement ensures the SEC can access these documents if needed for regulatory review.
