Fifth Amendment to Air Cargo Center Lease between MCP Cargo, LLC and A-M Global Logistics, LLC
This agreement is the fifth amendment to a lease between MCP Cargo, LLC (Landlord) and A-M Global Logistics, LLC (Tenant) for commercial space at 6055 Surrey Street, Las Vegas, NV. The amendment sets the delivery date for additional space as April 1, 2024, with the new lease term for the expansion beginning May 1, 2024. The overall lease now expires on April 30, 2030, and the tenant retains one extension option. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.

THIS FIFTH AMENDMENT TO AIR CARGO CENTER LEASE (the "Fifth
Amendment") is entered into as of the 3rd day of March 2024, by and between MCP CARGO, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Landlord") and A-M GLOBAL LOGISTICS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Tenant").
