Work Product. The Consultant specifically hereby assigns to Company all rights and waives all rights (including without limitation, all intellectual property rights, moral rights, rights to be designated as the author of any work and rights to enforce such rights) in any and all work product suggested or generated by Consultant under this Agreement, including work product originated or conceived during the term of this Agreement but completed or reduced to writing thereafter (collectively "Work Product"), and... all Work Product shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company.
