Work Product. Executive agrees that all inventions, drawings, improvements, developments, methods, processes, programs, designs and all similar or related information which relates to the Company's or any of its affiliates' actual or anticipated business or research and development or existing or future products or services and which are conceived, developed, contributed to or made by Executive (either solely or jointly with others) while employed by or serving as a consultant to the Company or any of its aff...iliates ("Work Product") shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company or any such affiliate.
