Waiver of Jury Trial. The Company, the Guaranteeing Subsidiaries and the Trustee each hereby irrevocable waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any suit, action, or other proceeding arising out of or relating to this Supplemental Indenture, the Guarantee of a Guaranteeing Subsidiary or the transactions contemplated hereby.
