Variations of a "Vacation" Clause from Business Contracts
Vacation. During the Term, the Executive Employee shall be entitled to vacation, at least five (5) weeks of vacation (i.e., twenty-five (25) paid vacation days) each year and holiday and sick leave at levels commensurate with those provided to other senior executives of the Company, in accordance with the Company's Employer's vacation, holiday and other pay-for-time-not-worked policies.
