Vacation and Sick Leave. The Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, in accordance with the following: (a) The Executive shall be entitled to four weeks of annual vacation in any calendar year, to be taken in accordance with the policies as periodically established by the Board for similarly situated executives of the Company.
