Vacations and Holidays. You are eligible for vacation and holidays in accordance with Modine's policy. You will receive four (4) documented weeks of vacation each fiscal year. Your FY21 vacation eligibility will be pro-rated based on the number of months you are employed in FY21. In addition, Racine-based employees enjoy thirteen (13) paid holidays annually.
