Underwriter’s Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Underwriter's Information consists solely of the following information in the General Disclosure Package, the Prospectus and in the Registration Statement: the concession figure appearing in the fourth paragraph in the section entitled "Underwriting (Conflicts of Interest)" and the information contained in the first and second paragraphs relating to stabilization transactions under the section entitled "Underw...riting (Conflicts of Interest)– Price Stabilization; Short Positions." 16. Partial Unenforceability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other section, paragraph, clause or provision hereof. If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Agreement is for any reason determined to be invalid or unenforceable, there shall be deemed to be made such minor changes (and only such minor changes) as are necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
