Underwriters’ Information. The Depositor and the Underwriters acknowledge and agree that the only information relating to any Underwriter that has been furnished to the Depositor in writing by any Underwriter through the Representative expressly for use in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) and the Time of Sale Information consists of the following: (i) the last two paragraphs of the cover page of the Preliminary Free Writing Prospectus and (ii) (A) the third-to-last par...agraph and the second-to-last paragraph of the cover page and (B) the fifth paragraph, the first sentence of the sixth paragraph and the first sentence of the final paragraph under the heading "METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION (UNDERWRITER CONFLICTS OF INTEREST)" in the Prospectus Supplement. 28 16. Certain Defined Terms.
