Transfer Restrictions. Participant shall not transfer, assign, sell, encumber, pledge, grant a security interest in or otherwise dispose of the Options subject to this Agreement in any manner other than by the laws of descent or distribution, and shall be exercised, during the lifetime of Participant, only by Participant. Any such transfer, assignment, sale, encumbrance, pledge, security interest or disposition shall be void and shall result in the automatic termination of the Options and this Agreement.
