Trade Secrets and Confidential Information. A. As used herein, "Confidential Information" means information, other than Trade Secrets, that is treated as confidential, and that would potentially damage or interfere with, in any manner, the Company's business if disclosed. Trade Secrets and Confidential Information. A.
