Time and Efforts. Employee shall diligently and conscientiously devote Employee's time and attention and use Employee's best efforts in the discharge of Employee's duties as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may continue to serve on those boards of directors of which Employee is a member on the Effective Date.
