Third-Party Beneficiaries. Each member of the Company Group that is not a signatory to this Agreement shall be a third-party beneficiary of Employee's obligations under Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 23 and shall be entitled to enforce such obligations as if a party hereto. In addition, the Company is an intended third-party beneficiary of each of Employee's other obligations hereunder and shall be entitled to enforce such obligations as if a party hereto.
