Variations of a "Third-Party Beneficiaries" Clause from Business Contracts
Third-Party Beneficiaries. Each member of the Company Group that is not a signatory to this Agreement shall be a third-party beneficiary of Employee's representations, covenants, and obligations under Sections 2, 8, 9, 10, 11 11, 12, 13, and 12 22 and shall be entitled to enforce such obligations as if a party hereto.
Third-Party Beneficiaries. Each member of the Company Group that is not a signatory to this Agreement shall be a third-party beneficiary of Employee's obligations under Sections 8, 9, 10, 11 11, 12, 13 and 12 23 and shall be entitled to enforce such obligations as if a party hereto.
