The Company’s Remedies For Breach. If you breach any section of this Agreement, including without limitation, Section 7, 8, or 15, unless such breach constitutes a legal action by Employee challenging or seeking a determination in good faith of the validity of the waiver herein under the ADEA, or otherwise seek to bring a Claim given up under this Agreement, the Company will be entitled to all relief legally available to it including equitable relief such as injunctions, and the Company will not be required to post a bond.
