Termination. Until the Closing Date, this Agreement may be terminated by the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters by giving notice as hereinafter provided to the Company if (i) any of the events described in Sections 6(k) and 6(l) of this Agreement shall have occurred, or (ii) any other condition to the Underwriters' obligations hereunder is not fulfilled when and as required to be fulfilled.
