Termination or Suspension of the Plan. The Plan shall terminate automatically on the 10th anniversary of the Effective Date. No Award shall be granted pursuant to the Plan after such date, but Awards granted prior to the Plan's termination may extend beyond that date. The Board may suspend or terminate the Plan at any earlier date pursuant to Section 13.1. No Awards may be granted under the Plan while the Plan is suspended or after it is terminated.
