Termination of Employment. Variations of a "Termination of Employment" Clause from Business Contracts

Termination of Employment. If Optionee shall cease to be employed by the Company as a result of a Change of Control (as defined in the Retention Agreement) or after the one year anniversary of the date hereof as a result of an Involuntary Termination (as defined in the Retention Agreement), the vesting of this Option shall be accelerated to provide for full vesting.
