Term. Tenant shall have and hold the Premises for the Lease Term. The Lease Term shall commence on the Commencement Date. Landlord shall determine the Commencement Date as provided in Basic Lease Information and Defined Terms article of this Lease and shall notify Tenant of the date so determined.
