Term of Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and unless earlier terminated as provided for herein, the Executive shall be employed hereunder for a term commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (such period between the Effective Date and the third anniversary of the Effective Date, the "Initial Term").
