Term of Employment. The initial term of Employee's employment under this Agreement shall be for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date (the "Initial Term"). On the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date and on each subsequent anniversary thereafter, the term of Employee's employment under this Agreement shall automatically renew and extend for a period of twelve (12) months (each such twelve (12)-month period being a "Renewal Term") unless written not...ice of non-renewal is delivered by either party to the other not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-existing Initial Term or Renewal Term, as applicable. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Employee's employment pursuant to this Agreement may be terminated at any time in accordance with Section 7. The period from the Effective Date through the expiration of this Agreement or, if sooner, the termination of Employee's employment pursuant to this Agreement, regardless of the time or reason for such termination, shall be referred to herein as the "Employment Period." 5. Business Expenses. Subject to Section 23, the Company shall reimburse Employee for Employee's reasonable out-of-pocket business-related expenses actually incurred in the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement so long as Employee timely submits 2 all documentation for such reimbursement, as required by Company policy in effect from time to time. Any such reimbursement of expenses shall be made by the Company upon or as soon as practicable following receipt of such documentation (but in any event not later than the close of Employee's taxable year following the taxable year in which the expense is incurred by Employee). In no event shall any reimbursement be made to Employee for expenses incurred after the date of Employee's termination of employment with the Company.View More
