Term of Agreement. Variations of a "Term of Agreement" Clause from Business Contracts
Term of Agreement. (a) A. However, this Agreement does not replace, amend or affect her existing Offer Letter, except that any references to her existing EOSA shall instead be deemed to refer to this Agreement.
